About the Programme
PRM is a two-year residential programme leading to a Postgraduate Diploma in Rural Management (PGDRM). PGDRM is recognised as equivalent to Master's degree by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
Eligibility
A graduate from any discipline, with a minimum of 15 years (10+2+3) of education, having 50 per cent (45 per cent for SC/ST/PwD2) aggregate marks at the graduation level can apply for admission. The percentage of aggregate marks is to be calculated as per the practice followed by the concerned university or institution. Those who are in the final year and who expect to complete all the requirements of graduation before June 07, 2010 can also apply. Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply for PRM. There is no management quota for admission to PRM at IRMA.
Admission Procedure
An applicant can opt for one of the following options:
a. Printed application material (prospectus, application forms, etc.) may be obtained from Admissions Office, IRMA, Anand - 388 001 on payment of full fees.
b. Application material is available with IMS learning centres on cash payment of full fees.
c. Apply online and pay through payment gateway
d. Download the personalized application form from IRMA website and submit along with the full fee
Selection Process
All eligible candidates, including sponsored candidates, are required to appear for a written test conducted by IRMA. The test will be conducted on November 08, 2009, Sunday (9.15 a.m.� 12.15 p.m.). The final selection of candidates will be done on the basis of the overall performance in the written test, PI, and GD.
